Please read our terms carefully before making a booking with Zingy & Zen.
Contents
1 Booking & Payments
Full Payment: To secure your exclusive venue hire or event slot, 100% of the booking fee is required at the time of booking. No dates are held or provisionally booked without full payment.
2 Cancellations & Refunds
Private Parties
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are non-refundable.
Open Events
Cancellations for open events (e.g. holiday clubs or drop-in sessions) must be made at least 14 days before the event to be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling
If you need to change your date, rescheduling is permitted provided the new date is available.
3 Venue Access & Capacity
Capacity
Our maximum capacity is strictly 20 children and 20 adults.
Setup & Pack-down
- You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up.
- You will also have 30 minutes after the event ends to clear up your belongings and vacate the space.
4 Supervision of Children
The supervision and safety of all children and guests remains the sole responsibility of the booking parent or supervising adult.
Zingy & Zen Kids does not provide childcare or babysitting services. Parents or guardians must remain on site and ensure appropriate supervision of their children and any guests attending the venue at all times.
5 Rules of Play
Socks Only
To maintain hygiene and safety in the "Zingy" and "Zen" zones, all guests (adults and children) must remove their shoes. Socks must be worn at all times.
Food & Drink
No food or drink is permitted on the play equipment, trampoline, or near the arcade machines.
