About
Our venue is designed for children aged 2-16 but many of our activities (karaoke, arcade, gaming) appeal to older siblings and adults too. It’s a space for the whole family to enjoy together.
Our space comfortably accommodates up to 40 guests (20 children and 20 adults). For larger groups, please contact us to discuss available options.
Each party package includes exclusive use of the venue for 2 hours, access to all core activities, and your chosen theme (e.g., karaoke, spa, gaming). Extras like catering, party bags, or additional hours can be added on.

Event activities
No. Parents/guardians remain responsible for supervising children at all times. A member of Zingy & Zen may or may not be available during the party to provide support, but supervision is always the responsibility of the booking party.
Absolutely! Many of our activities — karaoke, arcade games, video gaming, foosball, basketball — are designed for both kids and adults to enjoy together. That’s part of our unique proposition.
Event prep
We provide a stylish, ready-to-go space, but you are welcome to bring your own decorations (balloons, banners, etc.). Please no confetti or messy items.
Food
Yes! The booking party is responsible for all catering and refreshments. You can bring your own food, arrange outside catering, or add on our catering options.

Yes — we can organise party bags as an add-on. Just let us know when booking.
Terms
- Cancellations with more than 14 days’ notice: your deposit can be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).
- Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice: your deposit is forfeited.
