1 Data Controller

Zingy & Zen (Unit 23, Hertfordshire Business Centre, AL2 1JG) is the data controller. We only collect the minimum information needed to run your event safely.

2 Data Collection & Use

Booking Data

We collect names, emails, and phone numbers to process your full payment and send event reminders.

Child Information

We may ask for the birthday child's name and age to personalise the venue. This is deleted from our active "party list" after the event.

Marketing

We will only email you about future school holiday clubs or events if you manually tick our opt-in box. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3 Third-Party Processors

We use secure third-party platforms to run our business:

Payments

All payments are processed via Revolut. We never see or store your credit card details.

Booking System

Your contact data is stored on our secure booking software. We ensure any third-party processors provide adequate data protection guarantees.

4 CCTV

For the safety of our guests and the security of our arcade equipment, CCTV is in operation at the venue. Footage is kept for 30 days and then overwritten, unless required for a legal or insurance claim.

CCTV signs are displayed at the venue entrance in line with UK GDPR requirements.
